Haidee has more than 18 years of management and leadership experience in the Philippine BPO and Contact Center industry, handling local, regional and global roles.
She is well-connected within government, business and academic circles due to her active involvement in initiatives to uplift the practice of people and business management in the Philippines. She also champions countryside expansion and talent development to drive inclusive growth.
Haidee is passionate about showcasing the skills and talents of the diverse Filipino workforce, delivering a high level of service, performance and business outcomes to the company and to all MicroSourcing partners.
An alumna of the Harvard Business School, Haidee is a recipient of the “People Manager of the Year” award, presented by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) and is an officer of various socio-civic organizations.

Managing direct and indirect sales efforts to ensure client outsourcing success.
Sean brings more than 20 years of sales and executive management experience to MicroSourcing, growing and scaling emerging and established businesses across Australia, New Zealand and the US.
Before MicroSourcing, Sean worked in business development, marketing and sales executive roles. Since joining MicroSourcing in 2016, Sean continues to work one-on-one with our clients to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiencies through our Philippines' outsourcing model.
Sean is passionate about helping businesses embrace the benefits that offshoring has to offer. His ability to recognise areas of opportunity within our clients and provide solutions that reduce costs and improve efficiencies, makes Sean a valuable asset to the MicroSourcing sales team.

The focus of Tony’s role is improving MicroSourcing’s market position and maximizing financial growth by cultivating, managing and leveraging client relationships.
Tony brings over 15 years of experience in U.S technology sales and account management to the role. This includes four years experience in business development across the Philippines and Asia-Pacific region.
Tony has worked across global sales and account executive roles to provide businesses with customized solutions to complex IT and infrastructure scenarios. In addition to this, Tony is also an accredited AWS business professional and helps businesses understand how cloud-based working can positively impact their bottom line.
Since joining MicroSourcing, Tony has become a trusted advisor, offering clients advice and guidance to reduce operational costs, increase quality and efficiency and scale their business through offshore operations.

Edgar has over 25 years of business and technical experience in IT with a focus on customer engagement, technical sales, C-level presentation and sales team management.
Experienced in improving operational efficiencies for companies of all sizes, Edgar has a proven track record in closing complex sales and developing marketing strategies for customer engagement campaigns within highly competitive markets.
Edgar brings a wealth of knowledge to the MicroSourcing team around how to leverage technology to improve business performance. This expertise stems from his highly developed skills in big data, artificial intelligence and machine learning technology.

He successfully grew the finance broking business from zero to 100 loans per month. He also organically established a property management portfolio. Ethel has more than a decade’ experience in various operations management positions across Asia. In her role as VP of Operations for our Mall of Asia delivery center, Ethel is in charge of monitoring the performance of all the client accounts that operate from that location and ensure that offshore employees meet and exceed client requirements.
Prior to joining MicroSourcing, she served as a Business Unit Manager at ASEC Asia for 4 years, and she also worked at MicroSourcing where she was responsible for overseeing the operations of Yell Adworks.
Ethel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of the Philippines and a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of the Philippines – Manila.
Romel A. Almarinez
Strategic Clients Leader
Romel has more than 30 years of professional experience, mainly in senior leadership roles in the BPO industry. Prior to joining MicroSourcing in 2022, his roles included Country Head for Alere Philippines Inc., VP of Operations at Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) and Unit Lead at Accenture.
Romel leads a team who looks after work from home clients as well as a group of web developers. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and is passionate about problem analysis, process improvement and people development. In his free time, Romel enjoys travel, playing the guitar or the piano and reading.

Lesley has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles across Health Insurance - Payment Integrity, Benefit Coding and Testing, Claims Adjudication and Account Reconciliation.
She has worked in the BPO industry since 2000 and holds extensive experience in Operations Management, Service Delivery, Human Resources and Risk and Governance.
Lesley holds a Bachelor of Arts, Major in Communication Arts and is Certified Green Belt Six Sigma. She is married with four children, loves baking and travelling in her spare time.

VP of Human Resources
As head of our Human Resources department, Liza is in charge of employee administration and all our programs in support of employee development, engagement, retention and organizational development.
She has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management, with the last 8 years spent in senior HR roles in the business process outsourcing industry in the Philippines. Prior to joining MicroSourcing, she was a Senior HR Manager at 24/7 Inc. and she held managerial HR positions at ContactPoint, SunCellular, and Pacific Internet.
Liza has a Masters degree in Industrial Relations with a major in Human Resources Development at the University of the Philippines. She also graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
Kris Lynne Tinaza
VP of Talent Acquisition
Kris has over 17 years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner Operations, Total Rewards, HR Shared Services and Talent, Organizational and Leadership Development. Prior to joining MicroSourcing, she worked for one of the world’s biggest BPO companies, growing its footprint in the Philippines from 35 to over 7,000 employees.
In her current role, Kris is accountable for the talent acquisition operations of all Probe Group entities, including MicroSourcing. She is also a certified DISC Behavior Consultant and a proud fur-parent to her two adorable Persian cats - Midnight & Morning.
Don Del Mundo
VP of Finance
Don has more than 20 years of leadership experience in finance, compliance, mergers and acquisition, tax and risk management, across the FMCG, IT and BPO industries.
He is responsible for all of MicroSourcing’s finance and accounting functions, and is also the company’s Risk and Compliance Leader.
Prior to joining MicroSourcing, Don was the Head of Finance & Administration of Salmat for more than 11 years, and he also spent 3 years as an auditor at Ernst & Young.
Don is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant with MBA units at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
John Joenelle V Nudo
VP of Legal, Regulatory Compliance and Audit
Joey has 17 years of experience in the BPO industry, 12 of which as a lawyer specializing in corporate, commercial, labor and litigation. He started his legal career in the Department of Justice as a Public Attorney and then moved into private practice as Legal Counsel of Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc., one of the largest retail companies in the Philippines.
Joey joined MicroSourcing in 2016 as a Legal Counsel and has since been promoted to his current role as Head of Legal, Regulatory Compliance and Audit. Outside of work, Joey loves anything to do with fitness, wellness and the sun. He also enjoys Spartan races.
